With 19 years’ experience as a Head Chef specialising in French, Mediterranean, Italian and Continental Fine-Dining Cuisines. Training by Julian O’Neil, Quaglino’s Restaurant (Conran Restaurants) and Marco Pierre White (The Criteria). Ioannis has Achieved 2forks, 2knifes and 2 Rosettes.
