About our team
MANAGER
With 5 dedicated years at The Black Horse, 3 of those in a managerial role, Amy plays a pivotal role in maintaining community links to regulars and residents of the local area.

HEAD CHEF
With 19 years’ experience as a Head Chef specialising in French, Mediterranean, Italian and Continental Fine-Dining Cuisines. Training by Julian O’Neil, Quaglino’s Restaurant (Conran Restaurants) and Marco Pierre White (The Criteria). Ioannis has Achieved 2forks, 2knifes and 2 Rosettes.
