Formed in 1983, Andon Frères initially provided consultancy services to clients in the SME marketplace and over the years has undertaken substantial amounts of government funded consultancy projects, focussed on business planning, strategic development and financial management.

As a result of an increasing involvement in transactional projects, Andon Frères Corporate Brokers Ltd was formed to provide dedicated sale and acquisition services for clients. We are not a corporate finance "boutique" or business transfer agent handling hundreds of small businesses and providing a reactive service. We work closely with clients to determine their requirements and provide a proactive but confidential service, with a success-based fee structure that ensures cost effective solutions.
